目的研究不同产地肿节风药材中多酚类化学成分及抗氧化活性差异,为肿节风药材的质量控制与开发利用提供依据。方法采用HPLC-DAD技术及与对照化合物比较(保留时间和紫外吸收图谱)对肿节风多酚类部位HPLC(高效液相色谱)图谱上主要的色谱峰进行了标定,采用DPPH.自由基清除率法测定各省份肿节风药材的抗氧化活性。结果标定了HPLC图谱上的14个主要的色谱峰,各省份药材的多酚类成分组成基本相同,成份组成主要有3种类型:咖啡酸衍生物、黄酮类和香豆素类,但图谱上各主要色谱峰的峰面积差异较大。不同产地肿节风药材均有抗氧化活性,但不同产地药材活性的大小差异较大。HPLC图谱总峰面积与抗氧化活性大小基本一致。结论本研究可为相关技术人员对肿节风药材的质量控制与开发利用提供参考。
Objective To study the differences of polyphenols chemical constituents and antioxidative activity in different parts of Chinese herbal medicines for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, and to provide the basis for the quality control and development and utilization of herbal medicines for treating the disease. Methods HPLC-DAD and HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) were used to calibrate the main chromatographic peaks of polyphenolic fractions from Arthrosymputae by HPLC (retention time and ultraviolet absorption spectra), DPPH radical scavenging Rate method for the determination of anti-oxidative activity of herbal medicine in swollen joints in various provinces. Results The main chromatograms of 14 main peaks on HPLC were calibrated. The polyphenols of the medicinal materials in each province were basically the same in composition. There were mainly three types of ingredients: caffeic acid derivatives, flavonoids and coumarins. However, The main peak area of the peak difference. Eustachian herbs in different areas have anti-oxidative activity, but the activity of medicinal herbs in different areas varies greatly in size. The total peak area of the HPLC chromatogram and antioxidant activity are basically the same. Conclusion This study may provide the reference for the quality control and development and utilization of the Arthritis swollen herbs by relevant technicians.
