采用铝热还原法工艺制备AlTiC中间合金,用X射线及扫描电镜(SEM)等手段分析AlTiC中间合金的成分、组成和形貌。利用自行研制的AlTiC中间合金工业纯铝进行细化,借助于光学显微镜(OM)等手段对其晶粒细化效果进行分析对比。结果表明,AlTiC中间合金对工业纯铝的细化效果优于某国产的AlTiB中间合金。
AlTiC master alloy was prepared by aluminothermic reduction process. The composition, composition and morphology of AlTiC master alloy were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). AlTiC master alloy developed by the industry pure aluminum refinement, with the help of optical microscopy (OM) and other means of its grain refinement effect analysis and comparison. The results show that AlTiC master alloy has better refinement effect on industrial pure aluminum than some domestic AlTiB master alloys.
