将蔗糖乙酸酯和乙酰基糖的溴化物在两种催化体系[Hg(CN)_2,CaH_2-苯,硝基甲烷(1:1)或Ag_2CO_3,CaH_2-二氯甲烷]中进行缩合反应,得到了以蔗糖分子为母体的三糖和四糖化合物。其 ̄1HNMR数据显示出糖苷键的构型。
The condensation reaction of sucrose acetate and acetyl bromide was carried out in two catalytic systems [Hg (CN) 2, CaH 2 -benzene, nitromethane (1: 1) or Ag_2CO_3, CaH_2-dichloromethane] The sucrose-based trisaccharide and tetrasaccharide compounds were obtained. Its ~ 1 H NMR data showed glycosidic bond configuration.
