目的针对获得国家无偿献血奉献奖献血者的流失情况及原因进行分析,探讨有效减少献血者流失的对策。方法查询获国家无偿献血奉献奖各奖项献血者的基本信息,对流失原因以问卷形式进行电话回访,对获取的信息进行统计分析。结果成都市2012-2013年度获奖献血者流失率为24.4%,流失献血者的性别及奖项分布差异无统计学意义;男性40岁以下年龄段流失44人,占男性总流失人数的75.9%,女性40-50岁和30岁以下年龄段均流失7人,分别占各自年龄段流失人数的30.4%和35%;献血者“离开本市”22人,“血液检测不合格”16人,“献血前体检不合格”13人,“身体原因”8人,分别占总流失人数的28.6%,20.8%,16.9%和10.4%,是导致获奖献血者流失的主要原因。结论成都市获奖献血者流失比例较高,应针对不同流失原因制定相应的招募保留策略以减少献血者流失,对建立稳定的固定献血者队伍具有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the loss situation of blood donors who have obtained the national voluntary blood donation dedication award and their causes, and discuss the countermeasures to effectively reduce the loss of blood donors. Methods The basic information of blood donors of all prizes donated by the national voluntary donation of blood donations was investigated. The causes of the loss were investigated by telephone interview and the statistical analysis of the obtained information was conducted. Results There was no significant difference in the gender and award distribution of blood donors in 2012-2013 in Chengdu from 2012 to 2013. There were 44 deaths in men under 40 years of age, accounting for 75.9% of the total number of men lost, Seven of them were lost in the age group of 40-50 years old and 30 years old, accounting for 30.4% and 35% of the total number of people lost in their respective age groups. There were 22 blood donors, 22 people who left the city, and 16 failed blood tests. 13 people who failed the pre-donation medical examination and 8 people who were physically sick accounted for 28.6%, 20.8%, 16.9% and 10.4% respectively of the total loss, which was the main reason for the loss of the award-winning blood donors . Conclusion There is a high proportion of winning blood donors in Chengdu. Corresponding recruitment retention strategies should be formulated according to different causes of loss so as to reduce the loss of blood donors. It is of great significance to establish a stable contingent of blood donors.
