随着我国经济的发展,涉外法律问题越来越多。法律英语在解决涉外法律问题过程中起着重要的桥梁作用,但目前我国的法律英语教学存在着教学目标不明确、授课时间不合理、教师知识结构失衡、教材缺乏规范等问题。由于高等教育的发展和客观形势的需求,法学课程实行双语教学已经势在必行。同时,还可以通过法学课程双语教学来促进法律英语教学水平的提高。在法学课程双语教学的实践中,要注意教材的建设、师资的培训、教学方法的调整等问题。
With the economic development in our country, there are more and more legal issues concerning foreign affairs. Legal English plays an important role as a bridge in resolving legal issues concerning foreign affairs. However, there are still some problems in legal English teaching such as unclear teaching objectives, unreasonable teaching time, imbalance of teachers’ knowledge structure and lack of standardization of teaching materials. Due to the development of higher education and the needs of the objective situation, bilingual teaching of law courses is imperative. At the same time, bilingual education in law courses can also promote the improvement of legal English teaching. In the practice of bilingual teaching of law courses, we should pay attention to the construction of teaching materials, the training of teachers and the adjustment of teaching methods.
