82 cases of Bancroftian filariasis were treated with Furapyrimidone in 6 treatment groups with the total dose of 112 ~ 200 mg / kg for 7 ~ 10 days.After 6 months of treatment, the negative conversion rate of microfilariae was 50.0 ~ 82.4%, five groups of microfilariae reduction rate of 98.5%.
