中国作物学会油料作物专业委员会第二次代表大会暨学术讨论会由专业委员会挂靠单位中国农业科学院油料作物研究所主办,广西农业厅粮油处、广西农科院经作所承办,于1991年10月26日至30日在广西桂林市召开。出席会议的有27个省(市、自治区)科研、教学、技术推广部门以及新闻单位、有关厂家的代表213人。大会由主任委员、华中农大教授刘后利 China Crop Society Oil Crops Professional Committee of the Second Congress and Colloquium by the Professional Committee anchored units of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Oil Crops hosted by the Guangxi Agricultural Department of Grain and Oil, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences by the Institute for the contractor, in October 1991 26 to 30 held in Guilin, Guangxi. Attending the meeting were 27 scientific research, teaching and technology promotion departments of 27 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) as well as press agencies and 213 representatives of relevant manufacturers.
