患者女,67岁。因右侧眼眶突出5年,加重2年入院。体检:右侧鼻腔可见新生物,质软,右侧总鼻道见脓性分泌物。MRI检查示右侧筛窦、右侧眼眶、右侧额窦内软组织肿块,呈等T1、稍短T_2及长T_2混杂信号(图1、2)。T_2WI抑脂序列示瘤体以低信号为主,伴有稍高混杂信号(图3、4)。增强扫描实性部分明显强化,囊性部分不强化(图5、6)。CT检查显示病灶主体位于右侧眼眶内,可见一巨大软组织肿块
Female patient, 67 years old. Due to the right orbital prominent 5 years, increased 2 years admission. Physical examination: the right nasal visible new creatures, soft, see the right nasal purulent secretions. MRI examination showed the right ethmoid, right orbit, right frontal sinus soft tissue mass, showing equal T1, slightly shorter T_2 and long T_2 mixed signals (Figure 1,2). The T_2WI-liposomal sequence showed the tumor as a low signal with a slightly higher promiscuous signal (Figure 3 and 4). Enhance the real part of the scan was significantly enhanced, cystic part is not enhanced (Figure 5,6). CT examination showed that the subject was located in the right eye orbital, showing a huge soft tissue mass
