矿用隔爆型真空可逆电磁起动器在煤矿井下使用过程中的短路现象,往往造成生产事故,威胁煤矿井下生产安全。其在矿用过程中发生短路的原因主要是当真空接触器的真空管触头发生粘连时,真空接触器的机械闭锁无法实现可靠闭锁,而设备自身也无法及时有效地预防与保护。针对以上问题,可以在矿用隔爆型的真空可逆电磁起动器的开关内部增加一套监控电路,有效防止发生短路故障。同时要求操作过程中,重视设备的操作规程,确保设备安全运行,并尽可能地避免真空管产生粘连。
