定向运动是一项智慧与体能并重的一项休闲运动,深受社会各界人士的欢迎,在大学中也广泛开展。为了了解目前中学生对定向运动的认知情况及定向运动在中学的开展现状,本文运用问卷调查法、访谈法和试验法通过在中学体育课上进行教学试验,针对学生对定向运动的兴趣态度和实施定向运动过程中的问题,分析探讨将定向运动引入中学体育课程的可行性,并提出相关建议。
Orienteering is a leisure and sports activity that combines both intelligence and physical fitness. It is popular with people from all walks of life and is widely practiced in universities. In order to understand the current situation of high school students ’cognition of orienteering and the present situation of Orienteering in middle school, this paper uses questionnaire, interview and test to conduct teaching experiment in middle school PE class. According to the students’ The implementation of directional movement in the process of problems, analyze and discuss the feasibility of introducing directional motion into the middle school physical education curriculum, and make relevant recommendations.
