近年来,在大型管道悬索跨越施工中,随着管道直径及跨度的增加,悬索跨越的结构变化较大。对于悬索跨越施工最为关注的下部结构施工措施、钢结构预制质量、索系及轻型桁架安装等,本文分别提出了解决方案。通过预应力、钢结构预制、索系及桁架安装优化等技术的实施,证明了在中缅管道大型悬索跨越施工中,优化技术的引入不仅能够满足施工需要,而且能够取得良好的经济效益与社会效益。
In recent years, in the construction of large-scale pipeline suspension bridges, as the diameter and span of pipeline increase, the structure of suspension bridge changes greatly. For the substructure construction measures with the most attention to suspension span construction, prefabricated quality of steel structure, cable system and light truss installation, the paper puts forward solutions respectively. Through the prestressing, prefabrication of steel structure, cable system and truss installation and optimization, it is proved that the introduction of optimization technology can not only meet the construction needs but also achieve good economic benefits and Social benefits.
