考虑到沥青混合料、碎石基层等材料横观各向同性特征对沥青路面结构力学行为的影响。基于现行大多数路面设计理论的综合分析,运用有限单元分析方法在弹性假设条件下引入材料水平模量与竖向模量的比值,建立三维有限元模型。提出更加符合现今公路路面受力情况的非均布荷载作用形式、材料参数、边界条件,对比分析非均布荷载作用下各向同性与不同横观各向同性条件下的各结构层应力、应变及路表弯沉的差异。结果表明,将路面结构材料考虑为各向同性,明显低估了路面结构永久变形和疲劳开裂的危害,在路面结构设计中应适当考虑材料的横观各向同性特征。
Considering the influence of the transverse isotropy characteristics of asphalt mixture, crushed stone base and other materials on the mechanical behavior of asphalt pavement structure. Based on the comprehensive analysis of most current pavement design theories, the finite element method is used to introduce the ratio of material horizontal modulus to vertical modulus under the elastic assumption, and the three-dimensional finite element model is established. In this paper, the nonuniform distributed load forms, material parameters and boundary conditions that are more in line with the current situation of the highway pavement are proposed, and the stress and strain of each structural layer under isotropic and transversely isotropic conditions are compared and analyzed. The results show that considering the pavement structure material as isotropic, the damage of permanent deformation and fatigue cracking of pavement structure is significantly underestimated. The transverse isotropic characteristics of the pavement should be properly considered in pavement structure design.
