钴和镍都是重要战略物质,在其矿物中常伴生铜、锰等有价金属,因此在钴、镍提取过程中总要涉及到钴、镍及伴生元素的分离问题。国内在原有P_(204)萃分钴、镍全流程的基础上、已成功地将P_(507)用于钴、镍分离.但在萃取分离Cu~(2+)、Mn~(2+)方面P_(507)远不及P_(204)的效果好.P_(538)是国内合成的一种新型萃取剂[ROR(O)(H)_(2,)R=C_(12)-C_(18)].其基本萃取性能及硫酸介质中萃取Fe~(3+),硫酸介质中萃取Co~(2+)、Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+)、Ga~(3+),盐酸介质中萃取Fe~(3+)、Ga~(3+)、Al~(2+)已有报导.本文对P_(538)萃取Cu~(2+)、Mn~(2+)进行了研究。往60mL分液漏斗中加入15ml水相和15ml有机相,恒温振荡30分钟,静止分层,测水相pH值,水相中Cu~(2+)、Mn~(2+)用比色法测定,有机相中Cu~(2+),Mn~(2+)用差减法求得.
