ＭＵＣ1是上皮表面的一种高分子量糖蛋白 ,在膀胱癌及其它一些肿瘤中发挥向上调节作用并呈现异常糖基化。本试验在于通过测定不同分级、分期膀胱癌患者血清ＭＵＣ1水平 ,以评价其作为肿瘤标记物的价值。本试验包括 31例因良性病变而行膀胱镜检查及 87例治疗前的膀胱癌的患者。
MUC1 is a high molecular weight glycoprotein on the epithelial surface that plays an upregulatory and abnormal glycosylation in bladder cancer and some other cancers. This test is to determine the value of serum MUC1 as a tumor marker by measuring serum levels of MUC1 in patients with different grades and staging of bladder cancer. The trial included 31 patients with cystoscopy and 87 patients with pre-treatment bladder cancer due to benign lesions.
