酒店是以人为中心的行业,酒店的管理说到底就是对人的管理。本文从提出酒店人力资源管理存在的二个主要问题,并对解决问题的对策提出了自己的浅见。酒店是以提供服务为主的行业,在市场经济中,酒店的竞争就表现为产品、价格、质量和服务方式等方面的竞争。而所有的竞争又全部体现在对高素质员工的竞争,拥有众多的高素质的员工队伍是酒店参与市场竞争的资本和优势。但酒店中人力资源管理又存在以下主要问题,具体表现如下。
