:产业结构转变是实现经济增长的一个重要源泉。调整和优化我国的产业结构对促进经济增长和解决当前的供求矛盾具有重要意义。我国三次产业结构的突出问题是 ,在GDP中第二产业尤其是工业所占比重过高 ,而第三产业所占的比重偏低。针对产业结构存在的问题 ,就调整和优化产业结构提出了四个方面的对策 ,即控制工业部门的扩张 ,加快第三产业发展 ;把推进产业结构升级作为结构调整的重点 ;通过体制变革推动产业结构调整 ;结构调整的方式由以行政计划手段为主转向以市场机制为主
: The transformation of industrial structure is an important source of economic growth. The adjustment and optimization of China’s industrial structure are of great significance to promoting economic growth and solving the current contradiction between supply and demand. The outstanding problem of China’s three industrial structures is that the secondary industry in GDP, in particular, accounts for a high proportion of the industry while the tertiary industry accounts for a low proportion. In response to the problems existing in the industrial structure, four measures have been put forward to adjust and optimize the industrial structure: to control the expansion of the industrial sector and accelerate the development of the tertiary industry; to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure as the focus of structural adjustment; and to promote the industrialization through institutional changes Structural adjustment; the way of structural adjustment shifted from administrative planning means mainly to market mechanism
