目的了解多年来湖北省居民食盐碘含量的变化情况,掌握食盐加碘防治碘缺乏病措施落实情况。结果居民户盐碘中位数自2002年以来符合国家规定的加碘量标准35±15mg/kg。碘盐覆盖率1997年以来均在98%以上,碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率2003年以来均在95%以上。结论 1995-2010年湖北省居民户碘盐质量处于稳定状态。 Objective To understand the changes of iodine content of salt in Hubei Province over the years and to grasp the implementation of the measures of salt iodization prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders.
