会计工作与信息化建设密切联系,会计信息化是如今信息社会的产物,是未来会计的发展方向所在。会计信息化是国家信息化战略的有机组成部分,是完善国家信息化总体布局的重要环节和基础工程。通过全面推进会计信息化的建设工作,能够更进一步提升我国企业会计工作水平,促进经济健康快速地发展。本论方以实证分析为基础,通过对会计信息化状况的调查分析,归纳总结了驻马店市会计信息化的现状、水平和存在的问题;分析了推进会计信息化的必要性,明确通过建立法规制度、加强公共资源招投标信息化的宣传、增强公共资源招投标通过网络招、开评标系统与财务软件的通用性和标准性等一系列措施来推动全国统一的公共资源交易招投标业务。从源头上治理公共资源交易源头上的腐败,完善防腐败的体系,统一的交易平台,统一管理,实行阳光操作,降低交易成本,更大限度地公开市场操作,使公共资源交易权力运作实现真正的的公开、公平、公正。
