阿魏酸钠(SF)能降低对乙酰氨基酚(Par)对肝损害小鼠的血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性和肝细胞浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,增加肝微粒体、胞浆谷胱甘肽 S-转移酶(GST)活性及线粒体 GSH 含量,同时使正常小鼠肝微粒体 GST 活性及蛋白含量亦有增加。表明 SF 能增加肝脏的解毒能力。
Sodium ferulate (SF) reduced serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity and hepatic cytoplasmic glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in hepatic lesions in mice with acetaminophen (Par). Increased liver microsomes, cytoplasmic glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity, and mitochondrial GSH content, also increased the GST activity and protein content of liver microsomes in normal mice. It shows that SF can increase the detoxification ability of the liver.
