日本神户制钢公司与印度拉森特博洛(L&T)公司近期组建了一家合资企业——神钢拉森特博洛机械有限公司,该企业在印度生产橡胶机械。这家合资企业投资约1100万美元,由拉森特博洛公司控股51%,主要生产大型密炼机和双螺杆挤出机,产品主要供应印度市场。神户制钢与拉森特博洛长期合作,曾经多次合作生产轮胎液压硫化机等橡胶机械。拉森特博洛是目前印度最大的橡胶机械制造企业,以生产轮胎硫化机为主。
Kobe Steel and Japan’s L & T recently formed a joint venture, Kobelco Lassenboro Machinery Co., Ltd., to produce rubber machinery in India. The joint venture invests about 11 million U.S. dollars and is controlled 51% by Lashengte Boluo Company, mainly producing large internal mixers and twin-screw extruders. The products are mainly supplied to the Indian market. Kobe Steel and Larsenbosch long-term cooperation, has repeatedly cooperation in the production of rubber tire vulcanizing machine and other rubber machinery. Lashengte Boluo is currently India’s largest rubber machinery manufacturing enterprises, mainly to the production of tire curing machine.
