目的:考察荜澄茄、干姜、辛夷挥发油对模型药磷酸川芎嗪的经皮渗透的影响。方法:用改良Franz扩散池法,以氮酮为对照,考察质量分数分别为1%,3%,5%,7%的荜澄茄、干姜、辛夷挥发油对模型药磷酸川芎嗪经小鼠皮肤的促渗效果,采用HPLC测定磷酸川芎嗪的含量。结果:5%氮酮,1%荜澄茄油,3%干姜油及5%辛夷油对磷酸川芎嗪的促透效果最好,对20 g·L-1磷酸川芎嗪12 h平均累计渗透量(Q12)分别为0.841 2,0.915 9,0.740 3,0.932 8 mg·cm-2.h-1;4 h时增渗倍数分别为1.357,1.279,1.054,1.156。经t检验,加入1%荜澄茄油的磷酸川芎嗪的Q12明显高于阴性对照组。结论:1%荜澄茄油、3%干姜油及5%辛夷油均能增加磷酸川芎嗪的经皮渗透量。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Volatile Oil from Rhizoma Cypedata, Rhizoma Drynariae and Radix Xanthium on the transdermal permeation of model drug tetramethylpyrazine phosphate. Methods: A modified Franz diffusion cell method with azone as a control, the mass fraction of 1%, 3%, 5%, 7% of the Astragalus, ginger, Xinyi volatile oil model drug tetramethylphosphate by the mouse Skin penetration enhancement effect, determination of ligustrazine phosphate content by HPLC. Results: The permeation enhancement effect of ligustrazine phosphate 5% Azone, 1% 荜Soybean oil, 3% ginger oil and 5% magnolia oil on ligustrazine phosphate was the best. The mean cumulative permeation of ligustrazine 20 g · L-1 for 12 h Q12 were 0.841, 2.0915 9, 0.740 3 and 0.932 8 mg · cm-2.h-1, respectively. The numbers of infiltration multiples at 4 h were 1.357, 1.279, 1.054 and 1.156, respectively. After t test, the Q12 of Ligustrazine Phosphate with 1% Cigarette Oil was significantly higher than that of the negative control group. CONCLUSION: Transdermal permeation of ligustrazine phosphate can be increased by 1% Astragalus root oil, 3% ginger oil and 5% magnolia oil.
