利用9个籼、粳稻品种,7个广亲和品种,配制单交F_1、回交及三交组合,研究了粳稻品种4502与广亲和品种间F_1不育性的遗传。根据与品种4502杂交F_1的亲和性,可将参试的广亲和品种分为两组,Ⅰ组是与4502亲和的品种,如Dular和02428;Ⅱ组是与4502不亲和的品种,如热研1号、Moroberekan和CPSLO 17。回交和三交组合的育性分离表明,4502和Ⅱ组广亲和品种间杂种F_1花粉不育性受单座位孢子体—配子体等位基因互作控制,将这一基因座暂定名为S-D(t)。广亲和品种Dular在此基因座具有广亲和基因S~n-D(t)。
The inheritance of F 1 sterility between japonica rice cultivar 4502 and its wide compatibility cultivars was studied using 9 indica and japonica rice varieties and 7 broad compatibility cultivars. According to the compatibility with F1 hybrids of cultivar 4502, the cultivated broad compatibility cultivars can be divided into two groups, the first group is 4501 and the second is Dular and 02428, the second group is 4502 incompatible , Such as Hot Research 1, Moroberekan and CPSLO 17. Fertility segregation of the backcrossed and tripartite crosses indicated that the pollen sterility of the hybrid F_1 between cultivars of broad-compatibility varieties 4502 and Ⅱ was controlled by the single-locus sporophyte-gametophyte allelic interaction. The locus was tentatively named as SD (t). Dular, a wide-compatibility cultivar, has a broad-matched gene S ~ n-D (t) at this locus.
