文章介绍了加工聚合材料制波纹板材所使用的辗压设备,确定辊筒的几何参数,并且制定了辗压HPPE(高压聚乙烯)及PVC(聚氯乙烯)材料工艺的最佳条件。业已确认,随着聚合物材料密度的增大,产品的力学性能也能随之获得改善。
The article introduces the rolling equipment used in the processing of corrugated sheets made of polymeric materials, the geometrical parameters of the rollers, and the optimum conditions for the process of rolling HPPE (high pressure polyethylene) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) materials. It has been confirmed that as the density of the polymer material increases, the mechanical properties of the product can also be improved.
