过去对颈淋巴结结核的治疗常采用抗结核药物,但效果不甚理想。几年来,我院用复方青黛散埋置治疗颈淋巴结结核110例,取得了较好的疗效。现报告如下: 一、病例情况本组110例中,男65例,女45例。发病年龄5～15岁的91例,16岁以上的19例。病史最长8年,最短仅数月,一般为3年左右。有结核病史的4例。全部病例经胸透仅发现1例肺部有陈旧性结核病灶。血沉11例在20毫米/第1小时以上。以往经抗结核治疗的有49例。
