以高速公路建设项目基础数据库为基础,以“云服务”为技术依托,借助于XML和Web服务支持,打造一个“云应用”统一项目建设管理平台为项目参建各方和各级职能管理部门提供个性化的信息访问方式,供其快捷获取所需信息(包括移动设备信息访问能力)或参与业务流程处理。实现同一项目管理数据的纵向传承和不同项目的横向联系,提高项目管理的信息化水平。
Based on the basic database of highway construction projects and based on the technical support of “Cloud Services” and with the help of XML and Web services, a unified project management platform for cloud applications is established for all parties involved in the project and each Level Function Management provides personalized access to information for quick access to the information it needs, including the ability to access information on mobile devices, or to participate in business processes. To achieve the same project management data vertical transmission and horizontal cross-linking different projects to improve the level of project management information.
