日本京都大学木材研究所西木孝一教授最近宣布:他所领导的木材研究小组,对木材采用磷酸盐内部浸透固定法,使其具有防火、防朽、防白蚁的良好效果。并声称,即使房间里地毯起火,此材料作成的床、家具及墙壁等也不会被火烧着。在新木材中添加的无机盐,为不溶解于水的磷酸钡盐。其制作方法是:把木材分先后在含有钡离子和磷酸离子的溶液中进行浸泡,这样在木材内部即可生成磷酸钡盐的无机层。例如3~5
