采用相同浓度不同剂量的冬虫夏草水提液灌胃小鼠,了解其对小鼠抗红细胞抗体产生的影响。结果显示:高剂量组(50 ml/kg) 、中剂量组(33 ml/kg) 、低剂量组(17 ml/kg)小鼠抗红细胞抗体明显高于对照组(P< 0-05),且3 种不同剂量组之间比较也存在明显差异(P< 0-05),表明冬虫夏草可促进特异性抗体的产生,增强机体体液免疫功能。
The same concentration of different doses of Cordyceps sinensis water extracts were given to mice to understand their effects on mouse anti-erythrocyte antibody production. The results showed that the anti-erythrocyte antibodies in the high-dose group (50 ml/kg), middle-dose group (33 ml/kg) and low-dose group (17 ml/kg) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0-05). There were also significant differences between the three different dose groups (P < 0-05), indicating that Cordyceps can promote the production of specific antibodies and enhance the body’s humoral immune function.
