本文作者通过对四平地区不同小型水库实际情况的分析,提出小型水库的洪水标准不应简单地按国家“规范”套用,而应按工程的实际需要和现状分别拟订。这样,既能满足其防洪要求,又能避免不必要的投资增加,可供各地参考使用。
Based on the analysis of the actual situation of different small reservoirs in Siping area, the author proposes that the flood standard of small reservoirs should not be simply applied according to the national “norms”, but should be formulated according to the actual needs and present conditions of the project. In this way, both to meet their flood control requirements, but also to avoid unnecessary increase in investment for reference around the use.
