以现行生产规模研究了Ni、Co、Mg、Ti等添加元素和Fe、Si等杂质元素对铍青铜板带材组织和性能的影响,分析了P对QBe2合金组织和性能的影响。研究表明:微量Mg可以显著地抑制QBe2合金晶界不连续沉淀,扩大时效温度范围,消除或减少时效特性的不稳定性,Mg的添加范围以0.05—0.15%为宜;添加微量Mg可以显著地提高QBe2和QBel.9合金的维氏硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和弹性极限,降低弹性后效,还可以略微提高疲劳性能。经比较得知该合金性能达到了国外同类产品的水平。
Based on the current production scale, the effects of Ni, Co, Mg, Ti and other elements and Fe, Si and other elements on the microstructure and properties of beryllium bronze strip were studied. The effect of P on the microstructure and properties of QBe2 alloy was analyzed. The results show that: Mg can significantly inhibit the discontinuous precipitation of grain boundary in QBe2 alloy, expand the aging temperature range and eliminate or reduce the instability of aging characteristics. The addition range of Mg is 0.05-0.15% Improve the Vickers hardness, tensile strength, yield strength and elastic limit of QBe2 and QBel.9 alloys, reduce the elastic aftereffect, and also slightly improve the fatigue properties. After comparing the performance of the alloy reached the level of similar foreign products.
