目的:建立氟派酸胶囊含量测定的新方法。方法:以自身的四苯硼根(TPB-)离子选择电极为指示电极,四苯硼钠(NaTPB)标准溶液为滴定剂,电位滴定法测定氟派酸胶囊的含量。结果:药物含量的测定结果与药典法相符。测定两种不同批号药物含量的平均回收率分别为99.9%和99.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.55%和0.45%。结论:此方法结果准确,重现性好。和药典法比较,具有快速、简便、易于自动化等优点。
Objective: To establish a new method for the determination of flufenamic acid capsules. Methods: The electrode of TPB- ion selective electrode was used as indicator electrode. The standard solution of sodium tetraphenylborate (NaTPB) was used as titration reagent. The content of FFA was determined by potentiometric titration. Results: The results of the determination of the drug content and the method of pharmacopeia. The average recoveries of two different batches of drugs were 99.9% and 99.0%, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.55% and 0.45%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reproducible. Compared with the Pharmacopoeia, it is fast, easy and easy to automate.
