以H7N9禽流感报道为个案,探讨健康风险报道“不确定性”建构背后的价值分化。风险报道偏向“限制性表达”和“知晓的不知”来凸显信息不确定性,体现了科学理性价值的共识;不同媒体在通过冲突性和复杂性来建构不确定性上存在差异,这种差异映射了背后的价值分化:在“形式”的新闻价值上,存在冲突性与相关性的分化;在文化主义的新闻价值上,存在公共价值和宣传价值的偏向;在理性价值上,存在科学理性价值和社会理性价值上的局部分化。
Taking H7N9 avian flu as a case study, we discuss the value differentiation behind the construction of health risk reporting “Uncertainty ”. Risk reporting tends to emphasize information uncertainty by restricting “restrictive expression ” and “knowing ignorance ”, which reflects the consensus on the value of scientific rationality; differences exist in the construction of uncertainty between different media through conflict and complexity , This difference reflects the value differentiation behind: there is conflict and correlation differentiation in the news value of “form ”; in the cultural news value of news, there is the bias of public value and propaganda value; In terms of value, there exists the partial division of the values of scientific rationality and social rationality.
