结缔组织生长因子 (CTGF)是一种新的可刺激成纤维细胞增殖和分泌胶原的生长因子 ,与动脉粥样硬化以及皮肤、肺、肝、肾等器官的纤维化具有重要联系。CTGF基因属即刻早期基因 ,启动子含转化生长因子 β应答元件 ,可被TGF β选择性诱导激活 ,并作为其下游介质促进胶原合成。CTGF介导TGF β刺激的胶原合成过程受包括PEG2 ,TNFα ,cAMP等多因素调控。以CTGF为特异性靶标将给器官纤维化治疗开创新纪元。
Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF) is a novel growth factor that stimulates fibroblasts to proliferate and secrete collagen. It is closely related to atherosclerosis and fibrosis of organs such as the skin, lung, liver and kidney. The CTGF gene is an immediate early gene. The promoter contains the transforming growth factor β response element and can be induced selectively by TGF β. As a downstream mediator, CTGF promotes collagen synthesis. CTGF-mediated TGF β-stimulated collagen synthesis process, including PEG2, TNFα, cAMP and other factors regulation. Taking CTGF as a specific target will open a new era in the treatment of organ fibrosis.
