用测定硬度方法、X 射线小角度散射法及透射电子显微镜对 Al-4.5%Zn-1.2%Mg、Al-3%Zn-3%Mg 及 Al-2%Zn-4%Mg 合金的焊缝时效特性进行了研究。Al-Zn-Mg 系合金的镁含量越高,焊后的焊缝硬度值就越高。将焊缝在室温下或40℃下时效,其硬度值和 G.P.区体积分数,随着锌在 Al-Zn-Mg 系合金中含量的提高而增加。另一方面,在135℃下时效时,高镁含量的 Al-Zn-Mg 系合金具有较高的硬度值。冷却速度对 Al-3%Zn-3%Mg 和 Al-2%Zn-4%Mg 合金焊缝时效特性的影响较 Al-4.5%Zn-1.2%Mg 合金明显。
