目的 研究配体 4-羟基 - 3 -羧基苯甲醛水杨酰腙 (H2 L)及其配合物的抑菌活性。方法 合成配体 4-羟基 - 3 -羧基苯甲醛水杨酰腙及其配合物 ,采用K -B法检测其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和枯草芽胞杆菌的生长抑制作用。结果 配体H2 L及其金属配合物能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和枯草芽胞杆菌的生长 ,形成抑菌环 ,尤其配体H2 L形成抑菌环直径最大。结论 配体H2 L及其金属配合物均有一定的抑菌作用 ,配体H2 L的抑菌作用最强。
Aim To study the antibacterial activity of the ligand 4 - hydroxy - 3 - carboxybenzaldehyde salicyloyl hydrazone (H2 L) and its complex. Methods The ligand 4 - hydroxy - 3 - carboxybenzaldehyde salicyloyl hydrazone and its complex were synthesized and their inhibitory effects on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis were tested by K - B method. Results The ligand H2 L and its metal complex could inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis and form the antibacterial ring. Especially, the diameter of the antibacterial ring formed by H2 L was the largest. Conclusion The ligands H2 L and its metal complexes have some antibacterial activity, and the ligand H2 L has the strongest antibacterial activity.
