随着“走出去”战略的实施,我国已逐步形成了经济全球化条件下参与国际经济合作和竞争的新态势。中国对外投资额持续保持世界第三位。与此同时,中国企业海外投资的挑战和风险也日益增加。本文从中华传统文化中吸取智慧,以秘鲁投资等个案为例,从理论与实证结合的层面,梳理成功打造“走出去”可持续发展项目的诸种协调要素,进而探讨如何构建“走出去”的模式与定位。
With the implementation of the “going out” strategy, our country has gradually taken a new trend of participating in international economic cooperation and competition under the condition of economic globalization. China’s foreign investment continued its third place in the world. At the same time, the challenges and risks of overseas investment by Chinese enterprises are also increasing. This paper draws wisdom from the traditional Chinese culture and takes the case of Peruvian investment as an example. By combining the theoretical and empirical evidence, this paper sorts out the various coordination elements that have succeeded in creating a “going out” sustainable development project and then explores how to construct a “ Go out ”mode and positioning.
