目的:对浙江省不同产地桑叶中黄酮类成分的含量进行了比较。方法:采用分光光度法测定了嘉兴、金华、临安、温州、湖州①、宁波、仙居、余杭、湖州②9个产地桑叶中黄酮的含量。结果:①黄酮含量差异明显,范围在0.753%～4.849%之间。②在9个产地中,以临安产的桑叶中黄酮类成分含量最高,嘉兴的最低。结论:产地对桑叶中黄酮类成分含量影响较大。
Objective: To compare the content of flavonoids in mulberry leaves from different regions in Zhejiang Province. Methods: The content of flavonoids in mulberry leaves from Jiaxing, Jinhua, Lin’an, Wenzhou, Huzhou 1, Ningbo, Xianju, Yuhang and Huzhou was determined by spectrophotometry. Results: 1 The content of flavonoids was significantly different, ranging from 0.753% to 4.849%. 2 Among the 9 producing areas, the content of flavonoids in Mulberry leaves produced by Lin’an was the highest and Jiaxing was the lowest. Conclusion: The place of production has a great influence on the content of flavonoids in mulberry leaves.
