目的筛选治疗鼠疫的新型抗生素。方法根据国家药典规定,按每天每公斤体重计算用药量,于感染鼠疫菌后24h单独用3种抗生素(链霉素、环丙沙星、头孢噻肟钠),分别治疗大耳白兔实验感染鼠疫。结果环丙沙星组和链霉素组实验结果完全相似,2组动物全部治愈,治愈率为100%,经停药观察14d后处死,细菌学培养均为阴性;头孢噻肟钠组治愈率仅为50%。结论推荐环丙沙星用于鼠疫临床治疗,如出现抗链霉素的鼠疫菌株时,环丙沙星可以代替链霉素。
Objective To screen novel antibiotics for the treatment of plague. Methods According to the provisions of the State Pharmacopoeia, the dosage of drugs per kilogram of body weight per day was calculated. Three antibiotics (streptomycin, ciprofloxacin and cefotaxime sodium) plague. Results The experimental results of ciprofloxacin group and streptomycin group were completely similar. The two groups of animals were completely cured with a cure rate of 100%. After 14 days of stopping treatment, they were sacrificed and the bacteriological culture was negative. The cure rate of cefotaxime sodium group Only 50%. Conclusion Ciprofloxacin is recommended for the clinical treatment of plague. Ciprofloxacin can replace streptomycin in streptomycin-resistant plague strains.
