我国的经济合同法颁布实施以来,企业的经济协作有了重要的法律依据,经济体制改革的进行和有计划的商品经济的发展有了可靠保障。但是,不履行和不适当履行经济合同的现象仍大量存在,许多经济纠纷久拖难决,严重影响了社会主义商品经济新秩序的建立。其主要原因之一,就是企业本身对经济合同缺乏科学的管理。因此,本文就如何建立企业内部的经济合同管理制度谈点粗浅的看法。目前我国虽已初步形成了以工商行政管理部门为主管机关,各业务主管部门分工负责,金融机关相协助的宏观经济合同管理体系。但尚需建立健全企业内部的经济合同管理制度。
Since the promulgation and implementation of the economic contract law in our country, there have been important legal bases for the economic cooperation of enterprises. The reform of the economic system and the planned development of the commodity economy have provided a reliable guarantee. However, the phenomenon of non-performance and inappropriate performance of economic contracts still exists in abundance. Many economic disputes have been dragged on for long and have seriously affected the establishment of a new socialist economic order. One of the main reasons is that the enterprises themselves lack the scientific management of economic contracts. Therefore, this article on how to establish an internal economic contract management system to talk about the superficial view. At present, China has initially formed a macroeconomic contract management system that takes the administration for industry and commerce as the competent authority and the various competent departments in charge of business as the division of labor and assistance from the financial institutions. However, we still need to establish and improve the internal economic contract management system.
