制备了几种不同比例的甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酰胺的本体共聚合物,酰胺的含量分别为3%,8%,10%,16%,20%,24%,28%和32%。酰胺为24%以下的共聚合物通常都是无色透明坚硬的玻璃状固体。 测定了这些共聚合物的软化温度,观察到随着丙烯酰胺成分的增加,共聚合物的软化点亦随之显著地增加。由于酰胺是一个能形成氢键的基团,因此甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酰胺的本体共聚物的软化点的增加,可能主要是由于酰胺基的引入,在大分子链间形成了相当数量的氢键,增加了大分子链间的相互作用,从而增进了共聚物的耐热性。
Several different ratios of bulk copolymers of methyl methacrylate and acrylamide were prepared at 3%, 8%, 10%, 16%, 20%, 24%, 28% and 32%, respectively. Copolymers with less than 24% amide are often colorless, transparent and hard glassy solids. The softening temperatures of these copolymers were measured and it was observed that the softening point of the copolymers increased significantly as the acrylamide component increased. Since amide is a hydrogen-bonding group, the increase in the softening point of the bulk copolymer of methyl methacrylate and acrylamide may be mainly due to the introduction of amido groups, resulting in a significant amount of Hydrogen bonds, increasing the interaction between macromolecular chains, thereby enhancing the heat resistance of the copolymer.
