全国解放以來,我国在轉爐炼鋼,特别是碱性侧吹轉爐煉鋼方面,有了很大的發展,已經能够成功地將各种含磷范圍很广的生铁利用碱性側吹转爐煉鋼,供应国家社会主义建設的需要,这是我国冶金工業中的重大成就。轉爐煉鋼特点是使用灵活和投資节省。随着轉爐煉鋼的日益發展,特别是氧气煉鋼的發展,有必要来研究它为机器制造工業服务的可能与适用的范圍。最近,在設計一个大量生产的铁路車輛制造厂鑄鋼車间中,提出了是否可以用轉爐来代替平爐、电爐的問題,因此对轉爐煉鋼进行了一些研究。本文所介紹的仅仅是針对这样一个車間的生产特点和要求,結合目前国內轉爐的生产情况来进行分析。
Since the liberation of the country, China has made great progress in converter steelmaking, especially in basic side blowing converter steelmaking. It has been able to successfully use a variety of pig irons with a wide range of phosphorus content in alkaline side blowing converters. Steel, the supply of national socialist construction needs, this is a major achievement in China’s metallurgical industry. The characteristics of converter steelmaking are flexible use and investment savings. With the increasing development of converter steelmaking, especially the development of oxygen steelmaking, it is necessary to study the possible and applicable scope of its service for the machine manufacturing industry. Recently, in the design of a large-scale production plant for steel rolling mills, the question of whether it is possible to use converters instead of open furnaces or electric furnaces has been raised. Therefore, some researches have been conducted on converter steelmaking. This article describes only the production characteristics and requirements for such a workshop, combined with the current domestic converter production conditions for analysis.
