天线旁瓣电平的要求与脉冲重复频率的选择在机载预警(AirborneEarlyWarning──AEW)雷达系统设计中十分重要,这方面已有不少工作[1,2].然而,对于平面相控阵,采用可分离加权时,存在主平面旁瓣和非主平面旁瓣,前者一般比后者大40dB以上(收发双程),使得远程杂波仍很强.研究表明,与传统观点相反,采用多重中重复频率体制,并不能降低传统空时级联AEW雷达天线旁瓣电平的要求.
The requirement of antenna sidelobe level and the selection of pulse repetition frequency are very important in the design of the Airborne Early Warning-AEW radar system, and many efforts have been made in this respect [1,2]. However, for the planar phased array, when the separable weighting is used, there are side lobes of the main plane and side lobes of the non-main plane, and the former is generally larger than the latter by more than 40 dB (transmitting / receiving twice), so that the remote clutter is still strong. The research shows that, contrary to the traditional view, the use of multiple repetition frequency regimes does not reduce the requirement for the antenna sidelobe level of a conventional space-time cascaded AEW radar.
