在试验研究的基础上,分析了平行平板间填充小颗粒填料后的流动和传热特性,表明利用小颗粒填充强化板间对流换热,可以获得显著的传热强化效果,同时流动阻力的增加远小于微颗粒时,通过优化选择能够得到较好的强化收益。由此提出小尺度多孔介质板式换热器的设想,并与波纹板板式换热器进行了性能比较,阐述了多孔介质板式换热器的可行性和优越性,为实用技术和产品的开发提供了依据。
