本文对大连造船厂建造的化学品/成品出口油轮的特涂作业环境进行了调查研究。在对货物舱表面喷砂除锈时,粉尘浓度高达2000mg/m ̄3以上,75.5%粉尘粒径小于2μm,游离二氧化硅含量为0.65%。在喷漆过程中,主要有机溶剂为二甲苯,浓度可高达2000mg/m ̄3以上。对个体防护用具防尘防毒效果测定表明:帆布送风式防护头盔内粉尘平均浓度为33.3mg/m ̄3,阻尘率为97%,Cp-1型防护头盔内粉尘平均浓度为6.7mg/m ̄3,阻尘率99.5%。活性炭口罩内二甲苯浓度与喷漆作业时间呈线性相关。体检结果表明:喷砂、吸砂作业对肺功能有一定的损害。
This paper investigates the special coated operating environment of chemical tankers / finished product tankers built by Dalian Shipyard. When sand blasting the surface of the cargo hold, the dust concentration is up to 2000mg / m ~ 3, 75.5% of the dust particle size is less than 2μm, and the free silica content is 0.65%. In the painting process, the main organic solvent is xylene, the concentration can be as high as 2000mg / m ~ 3 above. The dustproof and anti-virus effect of individual protective equipment showed that the average concentration of dust in the canvas-type protective helmet was 33.3mg / m ~ 3, the dust holding rate was 97% and the average dust concentration in the Cp-1 helmet was 6. 7mg / m ~ 3, 99.5% dust blocking rate. The concentration of xylene in the activated carbon masks is linearly related to the painting operation time. Physical examination results show that: sandblasting, sand suction operations on lung function have some damage.
