在高校党员普遍存在着“学习困难”的情形下,把高校学习型基层党组织定位在研究型学习共同体上,是适合高校党员群体特征,促进高校党员深度学习政策理论的重要举措。在高校党员研究型学习共同体内,可以建立起“任务驱动”学习模式和课题制学习管理模式。
Under the circumstance that “learning difficulty ” prevails in the party members of colleges and universities, positioning the learning-oriented grassroots party organizations in the research-based learning community is an important measure that is suitable for the characteristics of the party members in colleges and universities and promoting the theory of party members in-depth study policy. In the researching community of party members in colleges and universities, we can establish a “task-driven” learning model and a model learning management model.
