为进一步研究从不同地域和寄主组织来源的荔枝胶孢炭疽菌的生物学特征,采用离体果实直接接种法和离体叶片针刺接种法在不同品种的荔枝上对11个菌株的致病性进行了验证,发现菌株的致病性存在较大差异。从中选取致病力差异较大的强致病力菌株0977-19-2和弱致病力菌株09619-1-1进行研究,发现二者在菌丝生长速度、菌落形态和颜色等方面很相似,但二者在分生孢子及分生孢子盘形态方面存在一定差异;强致病力菌株0977-19-2的产孢量约为弱致病力菌株09619-1-1的3.2倍;培养6 h后强致病力菌株0977-19-2的分生孢子萌发率约为弱致病力菌株09619-1-1的3倍;这些差异可能是导致2个菌株致病力不同的部分原因,对研究荔枝胶孢炭疽菌的致病机制差异具有重要意义。
