目的:证实脑梗塞能否引起心电图(ECG)异常。方法:70只Wistar鼠(雄33,雌37)分成对照组(20)和模型组(50),模型组制成不开颅的大脑中动脉(MCA)供血区梗塞动物模型。动物麻醉后,用监护仪记录对照组和模型组手术前后的ECG。结果:对照组手术前后ECG正常。模型组MCA阻塞前,所有动物ECG正常,MCA阻塞后23只Wistar鼠出现ECG异常,表现为ST段上抬(23/50),房扑(4/50),频发室性早博(6/50)。65.2%的ECG异常发生在MCA阻塞后3h内,最短为35min。结论:Wistar鼠MCA阻塞后能引起ECG异常。
Objective: To confirm whether cerebral infarction can cause electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormalities. Methods: Seventy Wistar rats (male 33 and female 37) were divided into control group (20) and model group (50). The model group was established as an infarcted animal model of non-cranial middle cerebral artery (MCA) supply. After the animals were anesthetized, ECGs of the control group and the model group before and after the operation were recorded with a monitor. Results: The control group had normal ECG before and after operation. All animals had normal ECG before MCA occlusion in the model group. ECG abnormalities occurred in 23 Wistar rats after MCA occlusion, showing ST-segment elevation (23/50), atrial flutter (4/50), frequent ventricular premature beats / 50). 65.2% of ECG abnormalities occurred within 3h after MCA occlusion, the shortest was 35min. Conclusion: MCA occlusion in Wistar rats can cause ECG abnormalities.
