转业复员干部离队报到是转业工作的重要内容,也是确保做年度干部转业复员工作任务圆满完成的关键环节。实践中我发现,近几年每年总有个别转业干部不能顺利离队报到,或者说“走”得不顺畅,影响了军转安置工作进程和质量。我认为,解决这些问题,关键是要结合本单位工作实际,围绕准、细、快、诚、严、实“六字诀”做工作。
