This article builds a quality evaluation system of tourism economic growth consisting of three subsystems of efficiency, structure and environment. Using the comprehensive index evaluation model, using the spatial quartile map and the regional center of gravity analysis model, this paper analyzes the overall spatial distribution characteristics and dynamic changes of China’s tourism economic growth quality. Using the method of spatial statistical analysis, this paper discusses China’s tourism economy from 2003 to 2012 The spatial agglomeration characteristics and evolution trend of the quality of growth, revealing the spatial correlations and dependencies among different provinces and regions; further building a spatial panel data model to analyze the main reasons for the formation of spatial differences in the quality of China’s tourism economic growth and the spatial correlation evolution , And then put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the overall improvement of China’s tourism economic growth. The research shows that the overall quality of China’s tourism economy presents a trend of gradually decreasing toward the hinterland of the hinterland with the eastern coastal area as the core, showing significant spatial correlation and dependence, and showing the stage characteristics of spatial agglomeration There are interactions between regions of different agglomeration types. Economic factors and policy regulation are two important aspects that affect the quality of China’s tourism economy growth. Tourism professionals and technological innovation have not obvious effect on the quality of tourism economic growth.
