2006年12月3日,由中国档案学会、天津开发区管委会、天津市档案局主办,天津市档案学会、泰达图书馆、档案馆承办的“滨海新区开发开放与公共档案馆建设高层论坛”在天津召开。出席本次论坛的有来自全国部分省市,以及环渤海区域的档案部门负责人、知名学者和部分天津市档案工作者160人。论坛共收到论文20余篇,会上交流的有11篇。天津市委秘书长苟利军、国家档案局中央档案馆副局馆长李明华出席论坛并讲话。国家档案局、中央档案馆原局馆长毛福民、中国档案学会理事长冯鹤旺、天津开发区管委会副主任倪祥玉在论坛上作主旨发言。
December 3, 2006, hosted by China Archives Association, Tianjin Development Zone Administrative Committee, Tianjin Archives Bureau, Tianjin Archives Society, TEDA Library and Archives hosted the "Binhai New Area Development and Opening up and Public Archives Construction Forum Held in Tianjin. Attend this forum are from some provinces and cities nationwide, as well as the file department manager, well-known scholars and part of the archivist in Tianjin Bohai area 160 people. Forum received a total of more than 20 papers, the exchange of 11 articles. Gou Lijun, secretary general of Tianjin Municipal Committee, and Li Minghua, deputy director general of the Central Archives of the National Archives, attended the forum and made speeches. Mao Fumin, director of the National Archives Bureau and the Central Bureau of Archives, Feng Hewang, director of the China Archives Association, and Ni Xiang Yu, deputy director of TEDA’s management committee made keynote speeches at the forum.
