随着国民经济的不断发展,新经济发展理念的逐步实践,使得我国的经济体系得到优化与升级,出现了区域经济一体化的趋势。区域经济的进一步发展对物业管理行业提出了新的要求,而物业管理行业在不断进行自我优化与调整的过程中,在很大程度上推进了区域经济的进步。本文旨在从物业管理行业人才的角度出发,深刻分析物业管理行业与区域经济发展之间的关系,并在此基础上,探究物业管理行业人才培养的途径与方法,以期能够提升物业管理行业的服务水平,满足区域经济发展的客观要求。
